E-Dub Pale Ale

The E-Dub Pale Ale has a good flavor. It has a Sierra Nevada like citrus tone from the California Ale Yeast. It's a little light on the alcohol content at 3.7%. I'm from Utah where all beer is 3.2%, so it's still got more alcohol than anything you could buy in an entire state. This photo is the black and white version of the labels for the bottles.

E-Dub Pale is good times (border line great times) in a bottle. The flavor is refreshing with a clean finish. The 3.7% alcohol and great taste makes it a candidate for "session" status.
Try one if you can.

Pepe, I you are from Utah as you say and drink beer, you've gotta know that all beer in Utah is not 3.2%. There is no limit to the amount of alcohol a beer can have in Utah. I 've never tried this ale what city is it from?

Mikey - You are absolutely correct, and let me thank you for pointing out my hyperbole! One of my favorite watering holes in SLC is the Bayou, and while it's true that you can get higher alcohol beer in Utah, you must admit there are some strange liquor laws on the books in the Beehive State, including the 3.2% ABW law. I found this information regarding the alcohol content of beer in Utah:

I'm sorry to say you won't be seeing the Phat Nancy Pale Ale at the Bayou just yet, it's our 2nd batch of beer brewed in Loco's kitchen and fermented in his daughter's closet in Richmond, VA. I'm coming to Utah in a few weeks to visit family, and if it wasn't for the even more strict FAA regulations on liquid's on airplanes, I'd be happy to share some of this most outstanding homebrew with you. Thanks for the comment.
